Come by the shop on Orthodox Easter for community Psyanky (Ukrainian Easter Egg) making. 6 eggs will be decorated throughout the day — come by at any time to see which one(s) are being worked on and be involved in adding to the design using a kistka, bees wax, and egg dye. No one will complete a single egg themselves, we will all contribute to the same eggs as a symbol of community care and connection. 2 eggs will be donated locally, 1 egg will be given in offering to the land's ancestors, 1 egg will stay in the store, and 2 eggs will be given to 2 people who contributed to their creation (randomly drawn from names collected throughout the day). No registration required, just drop by and put your Mark on our 2026 Community Pysanky.
